Preparation:
Recipe for ice cream:
- Fortefrutto 100 g
- Fruttosa PreGel 50 g
- Sugar 300 g
- Water 1 litre
Recipe for Slush:
- Fortefrutto 100 g,
- Sugar 170-200 g,
- Water 900 g
- Rum 100 g

Ingredients: glucose syrup, citrus fruits (orange, lime), sugar, acidifier: E330 citric acid, flavours, stabiliser: E440i pectin, certified colouring: E133 Brilliant Blue FCF.
