Wiwi flavoured ice cream paste concentrate, 3 kg.

Ideal for creating exquisite ice creams and sorbets with intense flavours and consistent product quality all year round. Can also be used in combination with fresh fruit to further intensify the flavour of ice cream.

Preparation:

- Fruttosa PreGel 50 g
- Sugar 300 g
- Water 1 Litre

- 20-30 g / kg base, in fresh fruit ice-cream.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, kiwi fruit (25%), acidifiers: E334 tartaric acid, E330 citric acid, stabiliser: E440i pectin, flavours, certified colourings: E102 Tartrazine, E131 Patent V blue.
E102: May have an adverse effect on children's activity and attention.
