Baking Drops L have the comforting flavour of intense Belgian dark chocolate and have less cocoa butter in their recipe to make them withstand oven temperatures of up to 200°C.
With their generous size, they don't melt completely during baking.
How to use: stir in at the end of the kneading process.
Recommendations for use: to add more intensity to the chocolate flavour in products such as cookies, brownies, sponge cakes, croissants, croissants, muffins, rolls and cakes.

Ingredients: cocoa mass; sugar; dextrose; emulsifier: SOY lecithin. May contain LEMEMY.
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause partial melting of the chocolate and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
