Intensely bitter flavour, the cocoa beans being from Ecuador, gives a long-lasting intense fruity flavour with notes of banana and liquorice. Product packaged in a bag with a close/open system, which allows perfect conservation of the product.Origins of the cocoa beans: it is mainly cultivated in the coastal and central areas of the provinces of Guayas, Manabi, Los Rios and Esmeralda.
Recommendations for use: modelling candies and pralines, cake and pastry coatings, ganache for pastries and candy interiors, biscuits, chocolate sauces, decorations, ice cream and sorbet, chocolate mousse.

Ingredients: cocoa mass Ecuador 70,5%; sugar 20,5%; cocoa butter 9,0%; natural vanilla powder. May contain traces of LACT.
Transport above 25°C may cause melting of chocolate and bloom (white deposits). Changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
