W2 is Octaaf Callebaut's original recipe that can be paired with a wide range of ingredients and flavours: from sour to bitter, spices to herbs and from fruit to beer.
To achieve a perfectly balanced and rounded flavour, cocoa beans from 3 different countries of origin are blended: Ivory Coast, Ghana and Ecuador.
Recommendations for use: creams, cakes, ice-cream, drinks and sauces.

Ingredients: sugar; cocoa butter; whole milk powder; emulsifier: SOY lecithin; natural vanilla flavour.
