Prontofruit is a ready-to-use, chunk-free, ready-to-use range of products in paste form with a high fruit content (50%). Prepared by simply adding water, it is ideal for artisan or soft ice cream, fruit granita and Sicilian granita.

E 122: May have a negative effect on activity and attention in children.
