PreGel offers a wide range of cold process products for the quick and easy preparation of ice cream, sorbetto and soft ice cream. These products help to save time and resources, while ensuring products with optimal flavour and texture characteristics.

All the solid ingredients are already perfectly balanced, only the addition of the liquid component - water or milk - is sufficient to create high quality finished products.

Cold preparation:
- 920 g of Biancolatte Base
- 2.5 litres milk.

Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, dietary fibre, skimmed milk powder, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut), milk powder, dehydrated glucose syrup, emulsifier: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472a acetic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472b lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids,E477 propane 1,2-diol esters of fatty acids,stabiliser: E410 locust bean gum, E412 guar gum, E466 carboxymethyl cellulose, flavourings.
