Recipe N° 805 is one of the first original Callebaut octaaf recipes.
Its 50.7% cocoa provides a wonderful light chocolate flavour with a slight hint of sweetness for a balanced flavour profile.
Recommendations for use: fondues, creams, mould mould moulding, mousse, cakes, ice cream and sauces.
Flow: 3 drops
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavour. May contain LDACE.
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause partial melting of the chocolate and bloom. Changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
