Mango Crunchy Mango Glaze, fine texture with mango pieces and crunchy inclusions.
A range of anhydrous frostings with crunchy chunks, perfect for topping semifreddo, ice-cream cakes, mousses and Bavarian creams. These glazes offer excellent adhesion, covering the entire dessert evenly and ensuring precise cutting.
Ingredients: vegetable fat (sunflower, shea, coconut), sugar, skimmed milk powder, mango (concentrate) (5%), wafers (rice flour, sugar, corn starch, coconut oil, corn flour, emulsifier: E 322 soya lecithin, salt), certified colouring: E 160a beta-carotene, flavourings, emulsifier: E 322 lecithin, antioxidant: E 307 alpha-tocopherol.
