i78 Mirror Glaze Black Colour, 250 gr.
It is recommended for icing cakes, cupcakes, mousse, etc.
It is suitable for covering a Ø 22 x H 4 cm cake.
This icing is "ready made" to be poured directly onto the product to be iced.
How to use: Heat up to 37°C (99°F), stir and then pour over your creations. If necessary, you may add water and food colouring to the glaze.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, sugar, low-fat cocoa powder (5%), modified corn starch; colouring: E150a; flavour, acidity regulator: E270; preservatives: E202.
