A range of anhydrous glazes with crunchy pieces, perfect for coating semifreddo, ice cream cakes, mousses and Bavarian creams. These glazes offer excellent adhesion, covering the entire dessert evenly and ensuring a clean cut.
Ingredients: Biscuits (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed), raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate E 500ii, salt, spices) (52%), vegetable fat (sunflower, shea, coconut), sugar, maltodextrins, emulsifier: lecithin E 322, flavourings, antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol E 307, acidifier: citric acid E 330.
