Pistachio Crunchy Glaze, with ground pistachios and almonds, 2.5 kg.
A range of crunchy chunky anhydrous icings, perfect for topping semifreddo, ice cream cakes, mousses and Bavarian creams. These glazes offer excellent adhesion, covering the entire dessert evenly and ensuring precise cutting.
Ingredients: Vegetable fats (sunflower, rice, safflower, palm, coconut, coconut, babacu), sugar, pistachios (15%), almonds, skimmed milk powder, soya protein, peanuts, cashew nuts, flavours, vegetable extracts, emulsifier: lecithin E322, antioxidant: E307 alpha-tocopherol.
