Coriandolina is a distinctive glaze, ideal for coating and decorating a wide range of desserts. Its special texture provides an attractive finish and an extra crunch, transforming every dish into a premium creation.
Perfect for biscuits, pralines, confectionery and frozen desserts, this glaze ensures an even coating and a professional finish, enhancing the flavour and presentation of the final product.
Ingredients: Vegetable fat (shea, coconut), sugar, pistachios (20%), skimmed milk powder, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut, babassu), flavourings, emulsifier: soya lecithin E 322, salt, certified colouring: copper complexes of chlorophyll E 141i, antioxidants: fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid E 304, tocopherol-rich extract E 306.
