SmArt Glazes is a range of moisturised glazes with a mirror-glossy sheen, used to coat mousses, Bavarian creams, semifreddo and monoportions. The authentic and intense flavours of these glazes make them ideal for personalising all confectionery creations.
These icings are easy to use, fluid and ready-to-use, without the need to heat before application or run the dessert through a rapid chiller before icing, significantly reducing preparation time and costs.
Thanks to their frost-proof structure, SmArt Glazes perfectly cover both the horizontal and vertical surfaces of cakes, ensuring an even seal during defrosting. This allows the finished product to be cut without smearing, maintaining a flawless appearance.
