Cioccolatina Bianca is a cream with a delicate white chocolate flavour, specially designed to be served directly from the ice cream display case. With a soft, smooth and creamy texture, this cream adds extra flavour and an attractive appearance to gelato creations.
Ready to use, the cream can be poured directly into the tub and served as is, making it ideal for decorating and flavouring artisanal ice cream, as well as for creating delicious combinations in the display case.
Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable fat (sunflower), skimmed milk powder, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, skimmed milk powder), milk powder, emulsifier: lecithin E 322, flavourings, antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol E 307, salt, vegetable extracts.
