How to use:
- The product melts at a temperature of 45-50°C. It is recommended to use a bain-marie or microwave, stirring periodically to ensure even consistency
- After melting, the glaze should be allowed to reach a temperature of 40-45°C before application to achieve optimum results.
- It can be applied directly by pouring or by brushing, depending on the desired thickness of coating.

- Ideal for coating cakes, mousse or other desserts with flat surfaces.
For integration into custards:
- After melting, the icing can be blended into creams, giving them an intense cherry flavour and a smooth texture.
