Fabbri Simple Lactose-Free Milk Chocolate is a complete powdered base for making artisanal ice cream with an authentic milk chocolate flavour, but without lactose. Designed to be mixed exclusively with water, it offers a creamy texture, excellent spreadability and perfect stability in the display case. It is ideal for gelato, as well as for semifreddo or mousses intended for people with lactose intolerance.

Directions for use: Dissolve 1.5 kg of the product in 2.5 litres of water at 80–90°C, mix thoroughly and leave the mixture to stand for 15–20 minutes before freezing.
