Fabbri Simple Black Vanilla is a complete, ready-to-use base for the quick preparation of artisanal ice cream and soft-serve ice cream. Its intense black colour creates a spectacular visual impact, whilst the delicate vanilla flavour results in a modern and attractive product for ice cream parlour and patisserie display cases.
It is part of the Simplé range, designed to simplify the production process: simply mix the product with water or milk to obtain a creamy, stable base that performs excellently in the display case.
