Pregel offers a wide range of cold-processed products for the quick and easy preparation of ice cream, sorbetto and soft ice cream. These products help to save time and resources, while ensuring products with optimal flavour and texture characteristics.

All the solid ingredients are already perfectly balanced, only the addition of the liquid component - water or milk - is sufficient to create high quality finished products.

Cold preparation:

Ingredients: sugar, skimmed milk powder, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut), dextrose, dextrose, dehydrated glucose syrup, stabiliser: E412 guar gum, E410 locust bean gum, E466 carboxymethyl cellulose, emulsifier: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids E471 472a acetic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidifier: E330 citric acid, flavourings, certified colouring: E160a beta-carotene.
