Belgian white chocolate, fresh green colour and creamy taste, with a pronounced fruity lemony flavour.
Excellent to sign your creations with a surprising splash of colour and flavour.
Lemon Callets™ are made with 100% AZO-free colours.
Recommendations for use: fondue, mould moulding, mousse, mousse, cakes, ice-cream, ganache, cake and cake decoration.
Flow: 3 drops
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter 27.5%, whole milk powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural lemon flavour, colouring: E132, E100, natural vanilla flavour.
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause partial melting of the chocolate and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
