Concentrated paste for ice-cream and confectionery, with Choco-Hazelnut flavour 6 kg.

Added to the bases, before processing in ice-cream machines, it helps to obtain an ice-cream with a unique flavour and a taste that will never be ordinary.

Dosage: 120 g / kg mixture.

Ingredients: sugar, hazelnuts (40%), low-fat cocoa, vegetable fat (peanut), emulsifier: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E322 lecithin, flavourings (with caffeine), antioxidant: E307 alpha tocopherol.
