Added to the bases, before processing in ice-cream machines, it helps to obtain an ice-cream with a unique flavour and a taste that will never be ordinary.

Dosage: 40-50 g / kg mixture.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar syrup (sugar, water), wine, flavours, stabiliser: E407 carrageenan, certified colouring: E160a beta-carotene.
