Belgian chocolate with a balanced flavour and caramelised aroma.
It stands out with its deep, warm colour, fresh roasted cocoa flavours and caramel notes.
To achieve a perfectly balanced and rounded flavour, cocoa beans from 3 different countries of origin are blended: Ivory Coast, Ghana and Ecuador.
Recommended use: fondue, mould moulding, mousse, mousse, cakes, ice cream, drinks and sauces.

Ingredients: sugar; cocoa butter; whole milk powder; cocoa mass; emulsifier: SOY lecithin; natural vanilla flavour.
In summer, temperatures above 25°C may cause the chocolate to partially melt and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
