Premix Premix Cocoa Pandispan Baked Bases Powder, 10kg.
PreGel offers a wide range of properly dosed products for confectionery bases. These products are designed to save time and resources, while ensuring that the end products have optimal flavour and texture characteristics.
All the solid ingredients are already perfectly balanced, requiring only the addition of a few extra ingredients to create high quality finished products.
How to use:
Pandispan
- Premix Pandispan 1 kg
- Egg 800 g
- Water 100 g
Bisquit / Rolled
- Premix Pandispan 1 kg
- Oua 800 g
- Water 150 g
Mix the ingredients well in a planetary mixer with tel for 4-5 min on high-medium speed. Place in mould selected for what you want to make and bake at 220°C in a fan oven or 240°C in a static oven.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, low-fat cocoa (8%), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: E472a acetic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472b lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, baking powder: E450i disodium diphosphate, E500ii sodium bicarbonate, dehydrated glucose syrup, stabiliser: E415 xanthan gum, salt, flavourings.
