All the solid ingredients are already perfectly balanced, requiring only the addition of a few extra ingredients to create high quality finished products.
How to use:
Classic dough
- Classic Short Pastry 1 kg
- Butter 315 g
- Egg 70 g
- Egg yolk 70g.
Vegan Pastry
- Classic Short Pastry 1 kg
- Vegetable margarine 350g
- Water 50g.
Mix the ingredients well in a planetary mixer with a flat beater and knead. Leave the dough to rest in the fridge for about 30 mins - 1 hour. Place in the tin selected for what you want to make and bake at 170-180°C for about 15 mins.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, flavourings, baking powder: E500ii sodium bicarbonate, E450i disodium diphosphate.
