How to use: Pour the contents into a container and add 120 g oil (or 120 g melted butter) and 200 g eggs (3-4 eggs). Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed until you get a homogeneous mixture. Put the mixture into the mould. Preheat the oven to 160˚C (fan) or 170˚C (static) and bake for 50 minutes.
Ingredients: rice flour, sugar, maize starch, humectant: sorbitol, emulsifiers: polyglyceride esters of fatty acids, polyoxyethylene monooleate, raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonate, thickening agents: guar gum, sodium carboxymethylcellulose: flavour, salt, acidity corrector: gluconodeltalacton. Sugar origin: EU and non-EU.
