Description
Premix Macaron 21% is a powdered product.
Premix contains almond powder which gives a special flavour, soft crumb and crunchy crust.
It is very easy to use, without special working conditions.
It is available in plain (neutral colour).
Recommended recipe: 1kg Premix macaron 21%, 0.2 l water.
How to use: Add the macaron mix and the water according to the recipe to the mixing bowl. Blend with the paddle for 4-5 minutes on high speed and place in round moulds on the plate. After moulding, leave to dry on the board for 15-18 minutes. Baking is carried out at 150°C for 15-18 minutes, depending on the grammage and oven load. When baking in a static oven, we recommend baking with the hatch open.
Ingredients: almond flour (21%), starch, powdered egg white, emulsifiers: fatty acid esters, thickening agent, xanthan gum, acidity regulator: citric acid. May contain traces of: soya, sesame seeds, peanuts, milk and milk derivatives.
