This premix is specially designed for the quick and efficient preparation of delicious vanilla flavoured creams.
The product can be used cold and the resulting cream is ideal for various applications in confectionery and patisserie.
It has a smooth and creamy texture, an attractive bright yellow colour and is easy to customise.
The premix is heat-stable and is resistant to baking and freezing, making it perfect for fillings or desserts.
How to use: mix 400 g premix with 1 kg of water or milk using a mixer on high speed until smooth.
Ingredients: sugar, modified starch, whey powder, vegetable fats (partially hydrogenated, palm), thickening agent (E401), lactose, stabilisers E450iii, E339, E516, milk protein, flavouring, salt, colouring: E160bii, E160c.
