Vanilla flavoured pudding powder, 1 kg. Recommended recipe: Vanilla flavoured pudding powder 1 kg, Sugar 1.25 kg, Milk 12.5 kg. In a bowl add the pudding powder and mix with the sugar and part of the total amount of milk. Boil the remaining milk. Pour the previously prepared mixture over the boiling milk, stirring continuously with a whisk. Simmer until the desired consistency is obtained, stirring vigorously. Pour the pudding into bowls and chill in the fridge.Ingredients: corn starch, flavouring, iodised salt, colouring: beta carotene E160a.
