Fond Dawn Cappuccino Flavour Premix is a versatile product, specially designed for the preparation of mousses, bavarois, semifreddos and other refined desserts. With its intense cappuccino flavour, its easy-to-use formula allows you to quickly achieve the perfect texture, guaranteeing consistent and authentic results every time.

Preparation: Combine 200 g of the mixture with 200 ml of water at a temperature of approximately 20 °C. Mix well until homogenised, then gradually stir in 1000 g of fresh, unsweetened cream, making sure the mixture remains aerated. It is recommended to use the mixture immediately after preparation for optimal texture.
