Dawn Fond Fond Caramel Flavour Premix is a versatile product, specially designed for the preparation of mousses, Bavarians, semifreddos and other refined desserts. With its intense caramel flavour, its easy-to-use formula allows you to quickly achieve the perfect texture, guaranteeing consistent and authentic results every time.

Preparation: Combine 200 g of mix with 200 ml of water at approximately 20 °C. Mix well until homogenised, then gradually stir in 1000g of fresh, unsweetened cream, making sure the mixture remains aerated. It is recommended to use the mixture immediately after preparation for optimal texture.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose, gelatine, natural flavours (contains milk), caramel sugar syrup 1.3%, colourings (carrot concentrate, beetroot concentrate), salt.
