Matilde 100 base is recommended for professional use.
Hot preparation in pasteuriser:
- Matilde base 100 g
- Sugar 220-230 g
- Milk 1 litre.
Ingredients: dextrose, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut, palm), maltodextrins, emulsifier: E472a acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472b lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E471 mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, E473 sucrose esters of fatty acids, skimmed milk powder, stabiliser: E410 locust bean gum, E466 carboxymethyl cellulose, E412 guar gum, flavourings.
