PreGel manufactures different types of bases, which are differentiated by: the type of fat contained, the dosage and the presence or absence of milk derivatives. These characteristics determine the preparation of various types of ice-cream or fruit sorbets with more or less creamy structures.
Fruit bases are practical and quick to use as they do not require any pasteurisation process.

- Flavouring paste Fortefrutto PreGel 80-100 g
- Vellutina PreGel 2 g;
Preparation fruit ice-cream 30%
- Milk Free Frutta Milk Free base 80 g
- Sugar 450 g
- Water 1 litre
- Fruit pulp 680 g
- Fortefrutto PreGel flavouring paste 70 g
- Vellutina PreGel 2 g.
Ingredients: dextrose, emulsifier: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472b lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E477 propane 1,2-diol esters of fatty acids, stabilisers: E412 guar gum, E466 carboxymethyl cellulose, dehydrated glucose syrup.
