The hot made bases involve a production process consisting of 2 main phases: pasteurising the neutral base composition and freezing it after flavouring according to taste.
Angelica 150 base is recommended for professional use.
Hot preparation in pasteuriser:
- Angelica base 150 g
- Sugar 220-230 g
- Milk 1 litre.
Ingredients: skimmed milk powder, dehydrated glucose syrup, dextrose, milk protein, vegetable fat (coconut, palm), emulsifier: E471 mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472a acetic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E472b lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, E477 propan-1,2-diol esters of fatty acids, stabiliser: E 466 carboxymethyl cellulose, E410 locust bean gum, E412 guar gum, flavourings, salt.
