Intense cocoa flavour with a good balance between bitterness and acid notes. A "new generation" of chocolate with a pure and intense cocoa flavour, thanks to the new and unique fermentation method called "Q fermentation". Made from cocoa beans from the Ivory Coast.
Recommendations for use: fondues, creams, moulding, mousse, cakes, ice-cream and sauces.
Flow: 2 drops
Ingredients: cocoa mass; sugar; low-fat cocoa powder; emulsifier: soya lecithin; natural vanilla flavour. May contain traces of LACT.
Transport above 25°C may cause melting of chocolate and bloom (white deposits). Changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
