Finely shaved chocolate in irregular pieces melts immediately in the mouth and releases a solid chocolate flavour.
Recommendations for use: sprinkle on top of desserts, ice creams and pastries to create a decadent sturdy look with an intense dark chocolate flavour.
In summer, temperatures above 25°C can cause the chocolate to partially melt and bloom. The changes are aesthetic and do not affect the quality of the product.
