Dark Chocolate Mi Amere Drops 58% Cacao Barry. Pack 5 kg.
Dark chocolate with a delicate roasted cocoa flavour with subtle vegetal sour notes.
Made from West African cocoa beans, mainly the Forastero variety.
Recommendations for use: modelling, coatings, creams, pouring into moulds, mousse, cakes and ice cream.
Flow: 3 drops
Transport above 25°C may cause melting of chocolate and bloom (white deposits). Changes are aesthetic and do not affect product quality.
