The Pannacrema range of high quality concentrated pastes is characterised by an intense and authentic flavour, unaffected by the baking process. These pastes are designed to flavour confectionery products, whipped cream, butter creams, ganache and any type of dessert, which can be eaten at positive or negative temperatures.

Dosage: 40 g / kg of mixture.

Ingredients: Sugar syrup (sugar, water), glucose syrup, flavours, burnt sugar, stabiliser: E407 carrageenan.
