Concentrated confectioner's paste Pannacrema Vanilla Vanilla Mexico Superior with ground vanilla seeds for an intense flavour, 1.1 Kg.

The Pannacrema range of high quality concentrated pastes is characterised by an intense and authentic flavour, unaffected by the baking process. These pastes are designed to flavour confectionery products, whipped cream, butter creams, ganache and any type of dessert, which can be eaten at positive or negative temperatures.

Dosage: 25 - 40 g / kg mixture.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, stabiliser: sorbitol syrup E420ii, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, modified starch, vanilla (2%), flavourings, certified colouring: E101i riboflavin, E160a beta-carotene.
