Cocoa Butter Packaging: 160 gr Pure cocoa butter, made from a selection of whole roasted cocoa beans, neutral in colour and flavour. Easy to use due to its banut-type format; it dissolves quickly and evenly. Ideal for tempering, re-hydrating and processing chocolate: simply add a few pennies of already melted cocoa butter to melted chocolate to obtain a creamier, more homogenised structure. It is an excellent base to mix with fat-soluble colourings to obtain coloured chocolate.Details
