- Mix them into praline chocolate cream for extra flavour and surprising texture.
- They can also be baked into rolls, cookies (cookies) or cakes or sprinkled on desserts, ice cream and drinks served at the minute to give them a savoury, crunchy touch and an artisan finish.
- We don't recommend mixing them with creamy bases or ganaches. Cocoa nibs tend to absorb moisture and can become soft.
