Cacao Nibs Barry Callebaut, roasted cocoa nibs. Cocoa Nibs are the pure heart and soul of every cocoa bean. After being roasted whole, the cocoa nibs are broken into small pieces. With great meticulous care and care, all the shells are removed to arrive at a very pure and flavourful ingredient. Recommendations for use: - Excellent ingredient for texturising desserts or preparing various novel dishes - Sprinkle them on confectionery for an extra-intense cocoa boost - Filling for toffees - Mix them into chocolate praline cream for extra flavour and surprising texture. - They can also be baked in rolls, cookies (cookies) or cakes, or sprinkled on desserts, ice cream and soft drinks served at the minute to give them a savoury, crunchy touch and an artisan finish - Do not recommend not mixing them with creamy bases or ganaches.
