Cocoa Butter Drops 4 kg - Lubeca Lubecker
Premium cocoa butter, 100% pure, produced in Germany from selected West African cocoa beans. The droplet format makes it very easy to weigh and melt, and its natural colour and neutral taste recommend it for a wide range of professional preparations.
It is the ideal choice for fine chocolates, ganache creams, mousses, mousses, icings or quality pastries. Also suitable for vegan or lactose-free recipes, this cocoa butter offers excellent processing stability and a consistent texture.
With no GMOs, additives or irradiation, packaged at virtually 4kg and tested for safety, it is a reliable ingredient for any bakery or chocolate lab.
Recommended storage: 15-18°C, away from moisture and light.
