It isa versatile product, suitable for a wide range of dishes. Made with high quality ingredients and raw materials, it can be used to flavour ice creams, custards, creams, batters and glazes. Having 0 acidity, it is suitable for flavouring creams.

Dosage: Add 80 g of the product to 1 litre of mix to flavour creams, doughs or ice cream.
