We can say that it is the flavour of Alkermes liqueur wine concentrated in this paste.It is recommended for use in flavouring creams, cakes, chocolate, macaroons, ice cream, etc.A few grams are enough to flavour creams, pastries and ice cream: dilute 120 g of product with 1 litre of mixture to flavour creams, pastries and ice cream.Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, natural vegetable extract, flavourings, emulsifier: E414, colouring: E102, E124.
