It isa versatile product, suitable for a wide range of dishes. Made with high quality ingredients and raw materials, it can be used to flavour ice creams, custards, creams, batters and glazes. Having 0 acidity, it is suitable for flavouring creams.
A few grams are enough to bring tangerine flavour to your preparations.

Dosage: Add 10 g of the product to 1 litre of mix to flavour creams, doughs or ice cream.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, herbal extracts, flavourings, thickening agents: E407, E440; vegetable colouring: E160a.

May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, peanuts, soya, nuts, milk, eggs, sulphur dioxide and sulphites and derivatives.
