This flavoured paste is a preparation intended for professional use.
It is recommended for flavouring creams, sponge cakes, chocolate, macarons, ice cream, etc.
Only a few grams are needed to flavour creams, doughs and ice cream: dilute 120 g of product with 1 litre of mixture to flavour creams, doughs and ice cream.
Ingredients: Hazelnuts. May contain traces of gluten, milk, nuts, egg, peanuts, soy, sulphur dioxide and their derivatives.
