It isa versatile product, suitable for a wide range of dishes. Made with high quality ingredients and raw materials, it can be used to flavour ice creams, custards, creams, batters and glazes. Having 0 acidity, it is suitable for flavouring creams.
A few grams are enough to bring pistachio flavour to your preparations.
Dosage: Add 80 g of the product to 1 litre of mixture to flavour creams, doughs or ice cream.
Ingredients:pure FISTIC (100%), vegetable colourings: E141, E100.
It may contain traces of cereals containing gluten, peanuts, soya, nuts, milk, eggs, sulphur dioxide and sulphites and derivatives
