Description
Caramelising gun with adjustable flame and electronic ignition.
With its concentrated flame, it also helps to remove semifreddo or ganache cream or chocolate-based products from metal moulds or frames.
Practical, easy to use and handle, it is useful and even indispensable for:
- fixing sugar pieces;
- caramelising or flambéing products on the surface (Creme Brulee, Cheese and ricotta tarts, Fruit tarts, Meringue / Bezea);
- ice sculptures.
