Description

Caramelising gun with adjustable flame and electronic ignition.
With its concentrated flame, it also helps to remove semifreddo, ganache or chocolate-based products from frames or metal moulds.

Practical, easy to use and handle, it is useful and even indispensable for:

It runs on butane (lighter gas) and the tank is refillable.
